My oil paintings are rooted in observation and guided by light. I’m drawn to everyday subjects- roses on a table, draped cloth, simple vessels, and the way they transform when slowed down and studied carefully.

Through layered paint and deliberate value control, I explore contrast, texture and atmosphere. Some works lean into bold, saturated colour; others remain restrained and tonal. Across them all is a common thread: a search for quiet drama and emotional weight within stillness.
